Version 1.21 Adds:

1) Adds PE Delay for the 01-02 trucks, and scales to seconds

2) Added scaling to the Graph edit page, so you can now resize it.

3) Fixed a bug in the gear scale routine that was accidentally changing
the P0153 Diagnostic test.

4) Completely rewrote the Diagnostic Test Code section. All years now
have all codes, and labels.

5) Added a decimal place to the Ignition tables

6) Adds the secondary VE tables. They seem to be used in Speed Density
Mode. Used in the Holden Speed Density cars.

7) Adds A table that defines the Gms/Cyl change in Airflow to initiate
Burst knock, More commonly called Tip-in

8) Adds a table that defines the retard vs RPM that is used for Burst
Knock.

9) Correctly Identifies Tire size for the Escalade, actually now
understands that Cadillac makes a truck.

10) Fixes The Trans Diagnostic tests for the 97-2000 years. Will add
2001-2003 in next update.

11) Now updates all values on the Speedometer display when new gear or
tire is entered.

12) Checks for Segment 1 ID match on compare file.

13) Adds support for 2003

14) New Rev Limit Table for 2001 and Up

15) New Torque limit by Gear Table

16) New Delta Torque limit table for 2001 and Up

17) New Table for Knock energy at Tip-in

18) Allows changing Fan Types in the PCM.

19) Fixed the labels on the Fuel Air Modifier Table; They were reversed.
