Version 1.5 Adds:

1) Corrects the A/C parameters RPM Disable location, this only applies
to 01-03 F bodies and Holdens, and 04 Holdens

3) Adds Axle Torque Limits,

All year corvettes, and some trucks and F-bodies had new releases that

17) Fixed CAT Test Frame Count for 02 Flex fuel and 03-04 trucks.

18) Added the Before Cat and After Cat O2 thresholds for 99-04 vehicles.
THese can be used to fine tune the Cat convertor Diagnostic test. See
the Factory service manual.

19) New Table for Throttle follower - Airflow vs RPM THis table is used
in the CTS-V, and the 01-04 trucks, but is set to 1 for most Cars.

20) Minor updates to Table edit. Reset Background Color if cell not
changed, and allowed "Edit Whole Table" to work for cell 1,1 as a single
cell.

21) Added AC based Fan Parameters to System page. THese are only needed
to set up electric Fans with AC in a truck, or in a Truck engine
transplant.

22) Support changes in Transmission tables for new Truck build

23) New Air Conditioning  values. These values on the idle tab are the
airflow values added when you turn on the AC

24) New Airflow Decay Table, used with throttle cracker.

25) Replaces the True/False boxes for Option selection with Check boxes.

26) Adds another Boolean for the Shift light

27) New Version of Ls1prog ( 0.68) It prevents you from loading a file
with the wrong Segment 1 ID.
